Evidnt is a platform that helps founders do proper validation on their ideas (aka “customer discovery”). It breaks your idea into testable assumptions, writes the conversation questions, tells you who to talk to and where to find them, captures what you hear, and surfaces the patterns across every conversation: which pain points, solutions and objections come up most often, with counts and the evidence behind each.
The questions are grouped by theme, from rapport and problem exploration to buying signals, and every one is written to find out what is true rather than to confirm what you hope.
You can run the conversations yourself or post one link and let the Evidnt Assistant have them for you. At the end, you get a score and a straight pivot-or-persevere call.
No. A chatbot gives you an opinion about your idea, and it sounds confident. Very confident. If you have never done customer discovery, you cannot tell whether it is helping you or leading you on. Most founders think customer discovery means pitching the idea and collecting compliments, and a chatbot will happily play along.
Evidnt does not give you an opinion. It has the method built in, has the conversations with real people or helps you have yours, and hands you back what they said. The score is built from that, not from what any AI thinks of your idea.
You do not need any experience with customer discovery to use it. The method is built in, so you never have to read a book first.
Yes. Your idea is yours. We never sell it or claim any rights to it. Only you can see your space, unless you create a share link yourself, and you can switch that off at any time. Our AI providers (Anthropic, and OpenAI for turning voice into text) process your words to run the features and do not train on them. They keep what they process for up to 30 days, then delete it. You can delete a space, or your whole account, from Settings. The full detail is on our data page, How we handle your data, linked in the footer.
No. A lot of founders come to Evidnt with the product already built and nobody using it. That is a harder place to be, and it is what this is for.
The process does not change. Evidnt writes the questions, shows you who to ask, and has the conversations through one link you share. What changes is the decision at the end: instead of choosing what to build, you find out who it was for all along and what they would pay for.

There are two ways to use it. An open link is one address you can post anywhere your potential customers already are. Anyone can tap it, and before it asks any of your questions it has a short conversation to work out whether this person fits with your ideal customer profile. Whoever isn't gets thanked and let go, and nothing they said is kept. You see how many, never who. A private link is the other way: you send it to one specific person you already know.
Either way, they answer in a short chat on their own time, by voice or by text, and it asks your questions rather than generic ones. The answers come back into your space as a conversation, tagged and folded into your patterns like any other.
